Wellbeing Services
There is now increasing evidence for the therapeutic benefits of yoga to promote health and alleviate psychological symptoms.
Yoga skills can help with motivation, calming the nervous system, emotion regulation, and tackling trauma symptoms. It can also help to develop awareness, a connection to your ‘wise mind’ and to your values.
This is a holistic approach, recognising the importance of supporting physical and mental well-being.
Restorative and dynamic yoga can be as a stand-alone approach to your well-being or incorporated within psychological therapy tailored to your needs. Workshops and retreats incorporating Yoga and Psychology are also available.
